Dear theme camps,

It was another great year! Clean up is in full gear and we are looking at an inspection date of around October 6th. We will see how things go from here. You all were wonderful as usual. If you have any comments let us know. The placers have some special information that they would like to communicate before we shut this list down so you can expect at least one more announcement some time in the near future.

Burning Man is seeking out theme camps who want to participate at this years Heat the Street Decompression Street F(a)ire in San Francisco, Sunday, October 10th.

Our team of dusty volunteers are standing by to serve you as they assemble bits and pieces of Blackrock City to create the blueprint for BlackTOP City on October 10th! We especially NEED to hear from fire artists and fire performers RIGHT AWAY so we can get approval. And if you have an idea for an interactive area, game or theme camp (Theme camps were AMAZING this year. Thank you!!!) we especially want to hear from YOU, so we can reserve a home base spot for you during Decom.
