a letter From Bryan to all Contraptionists campers about Dues

Kind of scary how close this is to default world tax time (hold me).

Camp Dues:
A check or money order is to be mailed to Bryan made to order of Daniel (RouseMouse). Date of postage stamp will be considered date of receipt.

For Dues Payment address and full payment information email or call Byran or RouseMouse at this web site .

Camp Dues:
$25 before May 1st
If you wait to pay until after May 1st, $30
If you wait to pay until after June 1st, $50
If you wait to pay until after July 1st, $75
If you wait to pay until after August 1st, $100
(Excepted in person on playa only, do not mail after August 1st)

Camp Donations above Dues amount accepted and appreciated:
Email for the checking account number. Any one may walk into any Bank of America with the account number in order to make a deposit straight to the bank account anonymously, or they may email for the address to send a check or money order to Captain BoB who monitors the camp donations. Camp donations will remain annonomous to prevent any guilt trips. Many camp mates have their own contibutions to the camp that they spend money on and we don't want to suggest they must give even more of themselves to the camp.

Ok, this is how this is going to work as the system is now fully in place and ready to go:

Though last year on playa I was some how named treasurer, this system is with out such a roll in its traditional sense. Though I am a part of the process, the actualls are made of three sub rolls that work together quite nicely.

Bryan Angxtrom is responsible for:
Communicating policy through statement or query reply
Making physical deposits
Account signer
Atm Card Holder
Checkbook holder
Though Bryan may not:
Make purchases unless tasked by way of normal process

Captain BoB is responsible for:
Verifying all transactions via online access to the account
General tracking of all +/- activity

Rouse Mouse is responsible for:
Setting policy by way of general consensus
Account signer
Atm Card Holder
Making purchases

***No cash withdrawals may be made by any one for any reason.
All monies transferred out of the account shall only be accomplished by point of sale in-store debit card use or a check made payable to a person or business.

***Tasking others in way of making purchase for the camp:
If it is decided by RouseMouse that another member of the camp is to receive a check so that they may buy the camps widgets cheaper where they live, the check will be written by Bryan to the name of the camp member, then sent to Captain BoB, then Capt. BoB will confirm with Rouse then send it to that camp member (no exceptions).. no blank checks will be issued

Please nobody complain about this, as I would have been doing all of the above except for making purchase. This system was long thought out in order to quell any negative reactions to misperceived actions real or imagened.
